Cut all the vegetables into thin slices.
Grind all the ingredients mentioned under 'To Grind' into a fine paste.
Take all the vegetables, toor dhal or moong dhal, grounded paste in a pressure cooker.
Add water, salt, turmeric powder and coriander leaves.
Pressure cook upto 8-10 minutes.
Transfer the contents of the pressure cooker into a jar and smash it with a blender.
Filter the pulp and extract the soup.
Delicious, healthy, home made vegetable soup is ready.
