Place oats, nuts, and chia seeds in a blender and grind them until finely mixed.
Once the above mixture is ground, add banana, milk, and water to the blender as needed and grind them again.
The batter should not be too thin or watery. It should be slightly thinner than dosa batter, so add water to achieve this consistency.
Allow the batter to rest for 15 minutes.
Check the batter again. If it's too thick, add a little water until it reaches the desired dosa batter consistency.
Preheat a non-stick pan of your choice. Add a few drops of ghee or butter according to your preference, and then pour approximately half a ladle of batter onto it. Gently spread the batter without applying too much pressure. The pancake should be thick.
Cook the pancake over low to medium heat. When one side is cooked, flip the pancake to cook the other side.
Your pancake is now ready to be served. You can enjoy it with honey or maple syrup according to your preference
