Words from the Expert

As all of us know mortality rate due to Cardiovascular Diseases(CVD) remains No. 1 in most of the developed and developing countries. CVD is estimated to be one of the expensive diseases. The much interesting part is 80% of cardiovascular diseases are preventable.

My mission is to reduce the occurence of CVD in our society by making awareness and educating the people about the importance of prevention and leading a healthy lifestyle.

I am happy to write articles on Children and Women’s Heart diseases at Twins and Me and create awareness to the readers.
